With the various resources at your disposal, there's no reason to miss a collection day!
You can now receive reminders by e-mail, SMS or mobile notification (available on the mobile application). To take advantage of this service, you must first have an account on the Citizen Space. To open one, click on the “Register” button in the top right-hand corner. Registration is free of charge. For help, you can consult the “Help and frequently asked questions” page.
Then follow the steps below:
Log in to your account by clicking on the “Login” button in the top right-hand corner.
Once logged in, click on the “My account” menu and choose the “Municipal notices” option.
Choose your distribution preferences and the “Collections” notification category.
If you don't already have it, download the mobile application from Google Play or App Store to receive reminders in notification mode.
Once completed, you'll receive a notice the day before each collection in your area.
Consult the collection calendar
There are several ways to consult the collection calendar:
Log in by clicking on the “My account” button in the top right-hand corner. Once you've logged in, your next collection dates will automatically appear in your “Dashboard”.
Visit the city's website to access the full collection calendar. Filters allow you to sort the collections to obtain only those in your sector.
Refer to the calendar you received in the mail last fall. If you don't have it, you can pick up a copy at the recreation center or library, or print it from the online version.
Download your sector's calendar from your electronic calendar, and you'll have the dates in your personal calendar (Outlook, Mail, etc.).
